Diesel Particulate Filter

DPFs and Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOCs) require routine cleanings to remove build up soot and ash, which accumulate over the vehicle's running hours. At Kirby's, we manually clean each DPF/DOC to ensure that tough soot and ash are removed from the filter. Our oven regeneration process slowly cycles your DPF/DOC through a custom program designed to enhance regeneration and further loosen stubborn soot deposits. This is where other cleaning systems fail to remove the TOUGH built up of soot ash.
